We Offer a Full 30 Day Return policy at Golfbuyitonline. If for any reason you are unhappy or want to return your purchase to us you can return the goods to the address provided on your Receipt for a full refund providing the goods are unused and in their original packaging and have their swing tickets or price tags in tact
Exception - Any custom build, logo, embroidered, crested, custom made products.
We cannot accept any returns for unwanted goods outside the 30 Day period except for our Special Christmas Returns Policy

Returning your goods
Package your goods safely and securely. Use the original packaging if possible.
Use a reputable courier for larger goods, or recorded delivery for smaller items. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way to us.
To speed up the returns process, please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.
If you require an Exchange please send a cheque made payable to PGS Ltd to cover the cost of the delivery back out to you.

Unused goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Golfbuyitonline.com, you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the product.
- Goods must be returned with all packaging, tags and labels and must be unused.
- We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used.
- We do not give postage and packaging refunds for goods that have turned up late due to shippers' problems / or out of stock items, or variations in colours or upgraded equipment.
- Please note, we cannot offer refunds on custom made products once they have been ordered. These are specially made to measure. We are in the hands of the custom fit departments of the suppliers and all lead times are estimated.
- There may be fluctuations in the delivery times.
Sending a product back
It is the receivers' responsibility to return any unwanted product. Goods must be returned using a signed for service so that proof or returned signature can be shown. Please give instructions of what your requirements are including your address telephone number and order number if you have one.
Damaged goods
In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods. Please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Once the goods have been used we will not be responsible for any claims for damaged goods. We will arrange for uplift of the goods and on inspection will send a replacement by return of post.
Please keep the original packaging if there are any signs of damge to the packaging or if shows signs of being opened
Please Note: If you send back the goods yourself we will not refund the postage costs under any circumstances. Please contact us where we will arrange collection of the goods from you at no charge to you, or for small items give you a Freepost Address for you to return the item to a Post Office where the cost will be charged to us.
