As a Major Ping Custom fit Centre, we offer all our Ping Golf Clubs with both STANDARD or CUSTOM OPTIONS.

Its Very simple to order both choices online. If you require a STANDARD STOCK PRODUCT then please choose in the Options Section any choice that is marked (STD). All choices are set to Standard as a default.

So simply if a shaft choice has (SR,R,S) next to it that means it is available in Soft Regular, Regular and Stiff Flex Options

Flex Options

If you have chosen Project X Shaft please choose which Flex Number (eg Shaft Flex 5.5) in the options as opposed to the flex name (eg Shaft Flex Regular)

Shaft Options

When making your choice of Shaft please check the available flex (in brackets - see index above) is available when you then choose the flex of that shaft.

Shaft Stepping Options

Shaft Stepping is a process where in Steel Shafts, the shafts can be made softer or harder (in their flex) by either trimming the tips more or less than usual on a parallel shaft to make the shaft play stiffer or softer, or for tapered shafts choosing for example a 5 iron shaft to go into a 6 iron head. Generally shafts are given flexes such as Regular, Stiff etc. This process enables you to choose a shaft that is in between regular and stiff. So if you have chosen a Stiff Shaft and then request the shaft to be Soft stepped then it will play slightly softer than Stiff but slightly stiffer than regular.

Important Note:This service is ONLY available with shafts that have steps in them. So rifle and project X shafts etc CANNOT be shaft stepped

Custom Products

Ping Custom Products lead times generally run at around 1 to 2 weeks from us placing the order. We will email you with an update of an accurate delivery schedule once your order is placed. All custom Products are then delivered to our Warehouse and then shipped out on the same day using DPD Couriers. Please view our Delivery Schedules for Each country in the Delivery Option Tab for delivery times to you. We then email you your tracking details as the goods are despatched to you.
