Unused goods In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Golfbuyitonline.com, you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the product.
Sending a product back It is the receivers' responsibility to return any unwanted product. Goods must be returned using a signed for service so that proof or returned signature can be shown. Please give instructions of what your requirements are including your address telephone number and order number if you have one. Damaged goods In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods. Please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Once the goods have been used we will not be responsible for any claims for damaged goods. We will arrange for uplift of the goods and on inspection will send a replacement by return of post. Please keep the original packaging if there are any signs of damge to the packaging or if shows signs of being opened Please Note: If you send back the goods yourself we will not refund the postage costs under any circumstances. As one of Europe's leading TaylorMade Custom fit Centre we offer all our TaylorMade Golf Clubs with both STANDARD or CUSTOM OPTIONS. Its Very simple to order either choice online. If you require a STANDARD STOCK PRODUCT then please choose in the Options Section any choice that is marked (STD). All choices are set to Standard as a default. If your require a CUSTOM PRODUCT then please choose your options marked with (C). When choosing the flex of your club the availability of flex for each shaft is also in brackets next to each shaft. Please make sure you order a flex that matches the chosen shaft Index

Standard Products Our Normal Delivery times for Stock Products are from 1 to 7 days depending on the country being delivered to and level of service chosen Custom Products Taylormade Custom Products lead times generally run at around 1 to 2 weeks from us placing the order. We will email you an update once the products are ordered with an accurate schedule of delivery. All Custom Products are then delivered to our Warehouse and then shipped out on the same day using DPD Couriers.
