I found the procedure to buy Ping clubs a little more complicated than I woould choose, but it worked. I very much appreciated the prompt phone call asking whether I wanted R or L hand, when I hadn't specified and the good sense is ending the club without headcover initially. The courier service is excellent and I found the 2 hour delivery time slot useful - saves waiting and wondering! the missing headcover arrived a couple fo days later, so all in all I was extermely pleased and impressed with the service. I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others and returning when buying again. Oh, and the price was most competitive. All round - well done!!
