Well, whether summer is here or not for us all weather golfers 2008 has proved a bit of an odd one so far in respect of what to take first thing in the morning.
As an early bird golfer you can strike it quite lucky by getting a round in not just before work but before the weather has time to wake up, that’s the one great thing about summer.
If you’re lucky enough to be jetting off this year then it’s not a case of what to pack but more a case of what to pack your gear in!
Do you go as a golfer without the entourage of branded gear, or will George be turning up at the airport in everything that matches from head to toe?  Do you care or are you happy that no matter what he turns up in?  You’re happy because you know you’re still going to whip is hide even if he has matching Footjoy outfit!
In a recent survey carried out by keepupwiththesweatygeorgies.com, results have proven that most “air-mile golfers” only really care that their one main item is well packed and protected………that’s right, you’ve got it, the duty free….. No sorry it is of course their golf clubs!  More sacred than the wife or if you are a travelling lady golfer more sacred than the husband.
