New to Golfbuyitonline – Bushnell Range Finders
New to Golfbuyitonline are Bushnell rangefinders. You can now own your personal Caddie at a fraction of the price.
In a world where professional golf has as many brands of equipment as they do contracts and endorsements to go with them, it’s nice to see nearly 100% of PGA tour pros can agree on at least one name, Bushnell. When it comes to knowing whether you can get there in two, how you’ll attack the green, or whether or not you can carry the sand, the world’s best rely on Bushnell laser rangefinders to find their distance. Accurate to within one yard/meter, Bushnell laser rangefinders will provide distance to any target from anywhere on the course. Bushnell – the overwhelming choice of PGA tour pros.
Bushnell’s Yardage Pro rangefinders use an invisible, eye-safe Class 1 laser beam (as classified by the FDA), which is “bounced” off distant objects with the press of a button. Then, the rangefinder’s high-speed digital clock measures the time it takes for the laser beam to reach the target and return to the unit. Next, using advanced digital electronics, the rangefinder instantly calculates the distance within +/- 1 yard/meter and shows the range in either yards or meters on a through-the-lens LCD display. The entire process is so fast that less than a second elapses between the time you press the button to generate a laser beam to the time the exact range to your target is displayed.

NEW TaylorMade Monza Spider Vicino Putter
What TaylorMade Say
TaylorMade has come a long way toward being recognized as a leading putter company during the past few years, thanks to the wonderful work of Kia Ma and the extraordinary success of our Monza Spider line of putters. Now, with great excitement, we’re unveiling the Monza Spider Vicino, which means “near” or “next” in Italian, because this is the next generation in this phenomenal family of putters.
It’s common knowledge that we focused on function, not form, when developing our Monza Spider putters Our goal was to create the most forgiving, best-rolling putter that we possibly could regardless of what it looked like. The result was a revolutionary club that quickly became tour-proven, quickly was used to win on tour and quickly became a big seller all over the world. However, many tour pros reported that although they loved performance of our Monza Spiders, the shape didn’t suit their eye. Give us a cleaner, more streamlined head, they said, but don’t sacrifice any of the performance.
That was a major challenge. So much of Monza Spiders’ performance is dependent on its bulky, ugly-duckling shape. Nonetheless, Bill Price and Bret Wahl and the rest of the putter team went to work to massage the famous shape into something sleeker and more pleasing, while keeping the high MOI and forgiveness that made the original Monza Spiders such a breakthrough. That took a lot of thought, time, effort and engineering, but creating innovative products and then improving on them is what we do.
The most frequent request we heard from the tour had to do with the “aft wings,” which contain the weight ports, of the original Monza Spider. Players asked if we could tuck them in close to the body to create a more graceful, streamlined appearance. However, the vaunted stability on off-center hits of the Monza Spider and Itsy Bitsy Monza Spider is rooted in its weight distribution, and a key component of that is how the wings are positioned wide apart from each other. Tucking the ports in meant bringing them closer together, which would reduce MOI and resistance to twisting.
Eventually we determined that yes, we could shift the ports inward without losing significant MOI by employing a lighter material for the central core of the putter head and a heavier material for the wings themselves. We switched to a lightweight polymer core weighing just 24 grams, which weighs 107 grams less than Monza Spider 08’s core – a huge difference. That allowed us to put dramatically more weight into Monza Spider Vicino’s perimeter by using a 316-gram steel frame, compared to Spider 08’s 202-gram frame.
Those changes allowed us to move the weight ports closer together while also creating high MOI and greater stability on off-center hits at the same time. That’s right, Spider Vicino allows you to have your cake and eat it too because its new, more pleasing shape doesn’t force you to sacrifice noticeable forgiveness.
Vicino’s new shape is accompanied by a less visually busy crown design, also at the behest of the tour. The busy-looking black and white “basketball court” alignment aid on the Monza Spider 08 has been replaced by a thin, silver-colored layer of steel that contrasts beautifully with the black PVD frame. The steel crown layer features a single black line to aid in alignment, because when tour pros asked for custom versions of Monza Spider and Itsy Bitsy Monza Spider, one of the most common requests was for a single alignment line. Also, Monza Spider Vicino’s crown is flush with the topline, (in previous Monza Spiders the crown lies lower than the topline, so the two meet unevenly). This flush juncture between the crown and topline makes for a cleaner and more cohesive appearance.
Vicino also incorporates a new composite AGSI+ insert. Past Rossa inserts consisted of Titallium, a lightweight alloy composed of seven metals, Monza Spider Vicino’s insert is made of carbon fiber and resin, like a graphite shaft. The advantage of the composite insert is that it flexes and “holds” the ball in its grooves more effectively at impact, promoting more forwardspin. The composite insert is also lighter than its predecessor, allowing for the redistribution of 3 grams to the perimeter. TaylorMade testing indicates that the composite AGSI+ insert promotes up to 30 RPM more forwardspin compared to the Titallium AGSI+ insert.
Like previous Monza Spiders, Vicino features TaylorMade’s Movable Weight Technology (MWT), with two weights. Vicino comes equipped with two 4-gram weights, and heavier or lighter weights can be purchased separately to customize the feel by increasing or decreasing the head weight. Also, the same MWT weights used in TaylorMade metalwoods can be used in any Monza Spider putter, including Vicino, and any MWT wrench can be used to remove or install weights.
Size-wise, Monza Spider Vicino falls between the Monza Spider and Monza Itsy Bitsy Spider. Vicino’s face-width is equal to Monza Spider’s, while the width between Vicino’s weight ports is equal to Monza Itsy Bitsy Spider’s. The result is mallet with a mid-size look that combines plenty of confidence-inspiring face area with a compact and non-distracting back end.
With Monza Spider Vicino, we’ve taken the Monza Spider 08 and Itsy Bitsy Monza Spider – two modern classics – and improved on them by making them look better and perform better while maintaining the essence of what made those putters great in the first place – outstanding stability on off-center hits and incredibly smooth roll. Many players who found the shape of Spider 08 disagreeable will be pleased with the refinements we’ve made to the shape of Vicino, and will be equally pleased to know that the performance has been enhanced, as well. We expect a great response from the tour, since we made these improvements at the request of tour pros. We also expect a great response from golfers of all types who want a mallet that’s easy on the eyes, easy to aim, ultra-forgiving and which promotes a true, bounce-less, easy to control roll.
The NEW TaylorMade Monza Spider Vicino Putter is available at Golfbuyitonline from April 1st 2010

Dodt Trusts Titleist for Maiden Europan Tour Victory
Titleist Brand Ambassador Andrew Dodt birdies two of his last three holes to claim the inaugural Avantha Masters
Full line Titleist player Andrew Dodt claimed his maiden European Tour title at the Avantha Masters in India, trusting the precision and playability of Titleist products throughout his bag. Dodt fired a final round 4-under par 68, including birdies at the 16th and 18th holes, to claim a one stroke victory with a 14-under par total of 274. Dodt’s victory comes just a week after joining the European Tour as an affiliate member, and sees him instantly leap into the European Tour’s winners circle and into the top-10 on the Race to Dubai standings.
The Australian trusted Titleist from tee to green for his win. This included the legendary Pro V1x golf ball, 909D2 driver, 909F3 3-wood, New CB irons, Vokey Design pitching, sand and lob wedges and Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport putter. Joining Dodt at the top of the leaderboard were fellow Pro V1x loyalists David Drysdale and Barry Lane who trusted the feel and control of the #1 ball in golf to tie for third place on 12-under par. Titleist golf balls were also the choice of the majority of the field, with 84 players putting their trust in Titleist, more than four times the nearest competitor with 18. Titleist also topped the count for irons and led the way in the wedge categories topping the counts for sand, lob and approach wedges respectively.
Elsewhere, in South Africa, Pro V1x loyalist Darren Fichardt birdied the 72nd hole to finish one shot ahead of fellow Pro V1x loyalists Louis Oosthuizen and Daniel Greene and claim the 2010 Dimension Data Pro-Am. They were joined at the top of the leaderboard by Titleist Brand Ambassador Tyron Van Aswegan who made it a Titleist 1-2-3-4, as he finished tied fourth. On the Australasian Tour, full line Titleist player Alistair Presnell shot an incredible 12-under par final round 60, to claim the Cellarbrations Victorian PGA Championship. Presnell finished on 22-under par 266, to claim victory by one shot from fellow Pro V1x loyalist Kurt Barnes and one other player. These victories take Titleist’s 2010 worldwide golf ball win count to 15, five times the nearest competitor with 3 and more than all other brands combined.
A maiden European Tour victory for Titleist Ambassador Andrew Dodt, as well further victories across worldwide professional tours for the legendary Pro V1 franchise continues to prove that the world’s best players opt for the matchless performance of Titleist for their success.
Titleist: Golf’s Symbol of Excellence
TaylorMade Burner SuperLaunch Irons
Coming soon to Golfbuyitonline is the New TaylorMade Burner SuperLaunch Irons, available to buy online from April 1st 2010. See below for information regarding the NEW TaylorMade Burner SuperLaunch Irons released from TaylorMade.
The Burner SuperLaunch is an iron specifically designed to be spectacularly forgiving and easy to get in the air, allowing a certain segment of players – mainly slower swingers and low-ball hitter to get more distance than from any other iron we have to offer. In addition, their generous offset helps straighten a slice and promote a draw. All at an appealing price.
Burner SuperLaunch irons are also engineered to deliver tremendous forgiveness from end-to-end (heel to the toe) and top to bottom (topline to leading edge). That makes it a great iron for high-handicappers, who hit the ball all over the clubface. In fact, Burner SuperLaunch irons boast the highest MOI of any TaylorMade iron, ever.
The first thing you notice about Burner SuperLaunch irons is that each features a wide, multifunctional sole, which is key to establishing the low and deep CG location that makes every one of these irons so easy to get high in the air. However, each sole is strategically bevelled to reduce the degree of interaction with the turf. That means you get the low-deep CG-positioning benefits of a large sole, yet it plays like a much smaller, narrower sole.
When you rest a Burner SuperLaunch iron behind the ball you’ll notice the substantial topline, which contributes to the exceptional stability and forgiveness. Testing we’ve conducted indicates that higher handicappers take confidence in seeing a thick topline. TaylorMade cambered its rearward edge to give it a downward slant, resulting in a more dynamic appearance that makes the Burner SuperLaunch look easy to launch the ball with.
Like the Burner irons, the Burner SuperLaunch long-irons, middle-irons and short-irons were designed separately, which is clear when you see the long-irons, which boast a decidedly low-profile shape compared to the rest of the set. This shape, when combined with the wide sole and deep cavity, help make Burner SuperLaunch long-irons so much easier to launch at lower swing speeds. The low-profile shape also makes the long-irons look easy to hit, too. On the opposite end of the set, Burner SuperLaunch short-irons have a traditional face-height and profile, while the middle-irons are of medium-profile, about halfway between the traditional profile of the short-irons and low-profile of the long-irons.
Progressive face thickness throughout the set has the thinnest faces in the long-irons for higher COR, faster ball speed and better weight distribution and thicker faces in the short-irons for better feel. Inverted Cone Technology in every Burner SuperLaunch iron helps expand the area of the clubface that delivers fast ball speed to promote more distance on off-center hits.
Of course, the most important part of the Burner SuperLaunch story is how easily they launch the ball and how high they launch the ball. Slower swingers will find it a breeze to launch these irons on an extremely high flight and with the spin necessary to keep the ball in the air long enough to achieve significant added carry, and when the ball comes down it will land steeply and softly. To recap, that’s high, long flight that lands softly and stops fast – a very attractive combination to the average high handicapper, many whom of have never achieved that kind of result with their irons, ever. Now they can, with our new Burner SuperLaunch.
What kind of numbers do the Burner SuperLaunch irons promote?
At average to fast swing speeds, the 6-iron is about 4 to 5 yards shorter than the Burner, and the 4-iron is about 8 to 9 yards shorter. But remember, Burner SuperLaunch irons aren’t for that player, they’re for slower swingers who can’t launch the ball high enough or long enough with the Burner, and for erratic swingers who need maximum forgiveness. Those players are generally more likely to net more distance from Burner SuperLaunch irons than from Burner irons. Compared to our most recent super-game-improvement iron at this price point, the Burner Plus irons, Burner SuperLaunch delivers similar distance but at a higher ball speed and higher trajectory.
Regarding grooves, Burner SuperLaunch irons incorporate our new groove design, which conforms to the USGA’s new ruling on grooves that goes into effect in 2010.
Before we close here we want to make it make it clear that Burner SuperLaunch is not a replacement for the Burner, instead it will live alongside Burner, and whereas Burner is a game-improvement iron, Burner SuperLaunch is a super game-improvement iron.
One more thing: The introduction of the Burner SuperLaunch gives TaylorMade the strongest iron lineup in the game, including the R9™, R9 TP, Burner and now Burner SuperLaunch.
NEW TaylorMade Burner SuperFast Driver
What TaylorMade Say
The Burner 07 is the best-selling driver in TaylorMade history, so there’s no doubting what a great club it is and the consumer’s belief in the credibility of SuperFast technology. TaylorMade improved on Burner 07 with last year’s Burner 09, and now they are unveiling the next generation of this phenomenal franchise, which they are calling Burner SuperFast. Burner SuperFast’s improved SuperFast technology makes it lighter, more aerodynamic, faster and, ultimately, longer. Trust TaylorMade, this thing is a speed demon, weighing an astounding 14 grams less than Burner 07. Burner SuperFast’s improved performance starts with a new 460cc clubhead shape that’s sleeker and more aerodynamic to significantly reduce wind resistance, allowing players to effortlessly increase their clubhead speed.
As aerodynamic as it is, Burner SuperFast’s clubhead still boasts high MOI for tremendous forgiveness, and also incorporates the largest clubface of any TaylorMade driver. Measuring an expansive 4,500 square millimetres, the new clubface is 14% larger than Burner 09’s clubface. The larger face is important in light of the fact that the longer club-length of Burner drivers, like Burner SuperFast, makes it more challenging for the average player to make square contact consistently, and the larger face gives them more area to strike the ball with. The Burner SuperFast face also features a new bulge and roll design that’s optimized to work with the higher MOI head to maximize forgiveness on off-center hits.
The Burner SuperFast clubhead also incorporates TaylorMade’s proven Dual-Crown technology, which both lowers and pulls back the center of gravity to promote a higher launch angle and increased spin. Introduced in TaylorMade’s Tour Burner driver two years ago and also used in the Burner 09, Dual Crown technology is a tremendously valuable asset.
Burner SuperFast’s shaft is the Matrix Ozik Ex-Con 4.8 shaft, and is also a critical part of the package as it’s both ultra-light and tip-soft, helping the golfer generate more ball speed, a higher launch angle and more spin to promote more distance. And at 46.5″ in length, Burner SuperFast automatically promotes a wide and fast swing arc.
Another vital upgrade to the Burner SuperFast is the new Winn Lite grip that weighs just 30 grams, which is a full 14 grams lighter than the Burner 09’s grip, yet it sacrifices nothing in terms of feel and traction. It’s a critical component to our overall quest to make this club, at 284 grams, the lightest driver TayloMade have ever produced. Meanwhile, they have got competitors bragging about creating a driver weighing just under 300 grams a barrier TaylorMade broke two years ago with Burner 07!
Put every element of TaylorMade’s newest version of SuperFast technology together and you’ve got a driver that screams through the hitting zone to promote more pop at impact for more clubhead speed and distance than any Burner driver ever has, and that, ladies and gentlemen, is saying something. And, speaking of ladies, don’t forget that Burner SuperFast is available in a ladies version in its own color palette.
Finally, a reminder about who this driver is for: the bomber. Remember? The player who likes to crush, kill and destroy the ball, who lives to swing hard and dreams of being the longest member of the foursome. Burner is for the bomber, and this is TaylorMade’s baddest Burner yet.
What We Say
One of the lightest Drivers in the market today this is a bone crunching driver with awesome distance and flight. The New SuperFast Driver from TaylorMade not only performs superbly but looks fantastic at address. Comes with a Free Headcover and 2 Year Manufacturers warranty too. Available for both Men and Ladies. Launch Date 1st March 2010 – pre order yours now!!
Stricker Trusts Titleist To Claim Victory At The Northern Trust Open
Titleist Brand Ambassador Steve Stricker rises to World #2 with Titleist’s fifth consecutive win on the 2010 PGA Tour
Steve Stricker continued Titleist’s stellar start to the 2010 PGA Tour season as he trusted Titleist equipment to claim his eighth career PGA Tour victory at the Northern Trust Open. Stricker’s win is the fifth in a row for Titleist golf ball loyalists on the PGA Tour following wins for Geoff Ogilvy, Ryan Palmer, Bill Haas and Ben Crane. Stricker fired a final round 1-under par 70 to finish on 16-under par, two shots ahead of Pro V1x loyalist Luke Donald, as three of the top four put their trust in Titleist balls for their success. The win also lifts Stricker to #2 in the Official World Rankings following three other wins in the last eight months for the full line Titleist player.
Stricker relied on Titleist to claim victory at the Riviera Country Club, using the legendary Pro V1 ball, 909D3 driver, 906F fairway, 909H hybrids, 755 irons and Vokey Design Spin Milled sand and lob wedges. As well as being the choice of the Champion, Titleist balls were the overwhelming favourite, with 79 players putting their trust in either the Pro V1 or Pro V1x, compared to 18 for the nearest competitor. Titleist also topped the counts for iron sets, hybrids, sand, lob and approach wedges and putters respectively. Stricker’s victory was also the fifth straight PGA Tour win for players using Titleist irons.
Elsewhere, Jim Herman won an all Titleist golf ball play-off as he beat Titleist Brand Ambassador Chris Kirk at the first play-off hole to claim his first Nationwide Tour victory at the Moonah Classic. Herman and Kirk tied on 11-under par, one shot ahead of Titleist Brand Ambassador Robert Gates, who continued his strong start to the 2010 season, having trusted Titleist throughout his bag to win the New Zealand Open last week. On the Asian Tour, Titleist Brand Ambassador Gaganjeet Bhullar fired a final round course record 8-under par to beat fellow Pro V1x loyalist Hwang Inn-choon by one shot to claim the season-opening Asian Tour International. These victories have now taken Titleist’s 2010 worldwide golf ball win tally to 12 compared to just 3 for the nearest competitor.
The fifth consecutive victory on the 2010 PGA Tour for the legendary Pro V1 franchise, and the third for a full line Titleist player, in addition to further victories across worldwide professional tours, provides further proof that the game’s elite opt for the matchless performance of Titleist.
